Our flagship single origin specialty coffee with a balanced medium roast.
Our coffee originates from the fertile ground under the shadow of "Vulcan Baru", an active volcano found in the Boquete region of Panama. This region of Panama offers distinct origin notes featuring caramel and milk chocolate with a hint of red wine, when roasted to a medium level.
We roast our hand picked coffee in small batches to ensure every bag is consistent and make sure the unique Panamanian flavors shine.
Cupping Notes - Caramel and milk chocolate with a hint of red wine.
Elevation - 1350-1650 Meters.
Producer - One of ten generational family farms in the Boquete region of Panama.
